FIBC stands for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container
commonly referred to as bulk bag or super sack big bag, is a container consisting of sheets of polypropylene used for transporting or storing different quantities of various types of loose solid products(pelleted, granular, powdered or flaked material in typical weighments of 1,000 to 4,000 pound)
FIBC Bag can be used in any type of industrial activity, from the chemical or mining industry right across the scale to the food industry with containers made of food-grade materials.

Tubular fIBC Bag

Tubular bags are made with a tubular piece of fabric that forms all sides of the bag allowing for stitching only for the top and bottom of the bag. Although the fabric is tubular, when filled the circular baffle bag will still resemble a square bag.
There is a common misconception with circular bags regarding their shape when filled. They aren’t literally circular; they are simply constructed with a single piece of fabric that forms all four sides of the bag. While they still resemble square/rectangular FIBCs, they will hold that shape the least of the construction types when filled.
U Panel FIBC Bag

U-panel bags are an industry standard and the most popular type of construction offering high safe working loads (SWLs) and solid durability.
U-panel bags are constructed with three body panels – one that runs the full length of the bag forming the bottom and two sides and two additional pieces of fabric sewn into the larger piece that form the other two sides. Similar to other construction types, the U-panel bags will maintain a square shape when filled,
Q-Bag / Baffle FIBC Bag
- 8 reinforcement sections sewing 4 rigid cross-corner loops that allow the forklift operator to pick up bags without much hassle.
- Width varies from 105cm to 112cm; can be customized to your needs.
- Economical alternative it increases the payload - the larger panel width allows corners to be filled with 25%-30% more product.
- Increased stack ability with all sewn edges turned to the outside which reduces potential contamination.
A standard bag is flexible in nature and can bulge at the sides when filled losing it’s square shape. Baffles are extra fabric panels or pieces of string sewn into each of the bag’s four corners. This reinforcement allows the bag to better hold it’s square shape when filled making them easier to store side by side or stack.

The tubular body design is ideal as a linerless option for fine and hygroscopic materials. They are circular in name only and will take a regular “square” shape when filled with product.
