1. Extrusion
Where a mix of virgin ingredients（calcium carbonate and ultraviolet and possibly color pigmentation）are melted and shaped into tapes of specific measurements. At this stage, the tensile durability of the tapes is determined.
2. Weaving
Our advanced looms weave the tapes into fabric with exceptional precision. The result is a tightly woven material that forms the backbone of our FIBC bags, providing unmatched durability and flexibility.
3. Lamination and Printing
For added protection and customization, the bags can be laminated with an additional layer. We also offer high-quality printing services to display your branding or handling instructions, ensuring your bags not only perform well but also look professional.
4. Cutting
The PP fabric is fed into a slicing machine, where it’s cut into shapes of specific measurements. The measurements are determined by automatic whether the sides, top or bottoms are being produced during a given operation.
5. Sewing
All various pieces that comprise the bulk bag — including lifting-loop are sewn together in mass quantities by a team of trained hands under the watchful eye of technical supervisors. Each seam must straight, tight and secure, with no creases or bends along any of the sides or bottom ends.
6. Inspection
Once a line of bulk bags has been sewn together, each bag is inspected by quality control inspectors. The purpose is to ensure each bag meets the required standards of strength and durability for a product line of bulk bags.
7. Packing and Delivery
Mass production of bulk bag completed, Bag are compressed in bales press,The results for neat and easy packing of bag. Then packed bulk bags are sent to storage room waiting to dispatch customer location
